  • Develop win strategies, value propositions, and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Analyse tender documents and identify risks, opportunities, and key information required for the bid.

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of construction project delivery, tendering processes, and procurement methods.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and a passion for securing new business.

What's on Offer:

  • Competitive salary up to £60,000, depending on experience.
  • Car allowance.
  • Excellent benefits package, including pension scheme, healthcare, and generous holiday entitlement.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression within a well-established and growing company.

This is an exciting career opportunity to be part of a thriving business that values and rewards hard work, expertise, and commitment.
