With ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team and play a key role in the company’s continued success.

The Opportunity:

Based near Wakefield, you’ll be central to the commercial success of multiple high-spec projects, building your career as you help drive the company forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the financial and contractual management of projects from inception to completion.
• Work closely with site teams to optimise costs and ensure efficient procurement.
• Produce accurate cost reports, forecasts, and manage budgets effectively.
• Oversee valuations, measurements, and variations to ensure project profitability.
• Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a background in house building.
• Strong commercial acumen and thorough understanding of construction contracts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a passion for quality.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., RICS) is a plus.

Remuneration Package:
