About the Role
Are you a seasoned Project Manager seeking a new challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned construction consultancy based in Leeds that have long standing relationships with major retail clients. This is your chance to lead numerous retail projects for a major blue-chip retail client and take ownership of these schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple retail construction projects from start to finish.
- Act as the primary contact for a leading blue-chip client.
- Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution with various teams.
- Monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
